REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility
Return eligibility varies depending on the brand and product. Some items are non-returnable, and refunds may be limited or handled on a case-by-case basis.

Items commonly not eligible for return include:

  • Swimwear
  • Skincare & Beauty Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

For eligible items, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full order amount, minus the cost of return shipping.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@ahiahq.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return request meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@ahiahq.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We address such cases individually and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
